Hi Lucy, that's really great to hear you're already doing some of the stretches in your fitness bootcamp. I run bootcamps in Kemptville where I'm based, and equestrian fitness classes...and alot of the focus in fitness these days is to 'undo' the tight areas created from sitting: at a desk, in the car etc...and this focus lines up really well with equestrian needs. Lucy, mud it is a curse, but I believe the horses love it, like children love to get messy and dirty, I suppose cause they're clean and groomed all the rest of the year.
