Glad to hear that Amir is going strong. I bet he's great over fences. I've never done the Bluegrass show but I hear the week is fantastic.
Cool that Lois has bought one of your babies - that's great news for both of you!
All is well with us - patiently waiting for spring to arrive. 2 foals due in May - Shades of Spring+ is due to California-based Section B Welsh buckskin stallion Rocko's Gold (sire of the buckskin gelding I had at Arthur Fair last year, and last year's foal) and my Hackney Horse mare is due to Morton's imported Section B Welsh stallion, *Rhoson Pasiant. Darlene graciously gave me a free breeding when I lost Inkhi (MG Inhredible Fire and her foal by Darlene's imported British Riding Pony stallion, *Rosedale Top Cat). I was paying the breeding off on time but Darlene waived the rest of the stud service and gave me a breeding to any of her stallions.
What a great gesture and what a great stallion owner to work with. Can't tell you how excited I am to see this little driving machine!
Nazelli(with the blaze) is a MustangXQuarter horse. She's amazing and super smart!! Kamber (Kamber Park--full name) is a Canadian Warmblood. She's got really great blood ligns. We are breeding her this spring. I am going to be doing some smaller shows with Nazelli this year. I am really exited as I have trained her all my self(with help from my trainer) !!
That would be a picture would'nt it? We'll have to make sure we can get the 3 together! Are you going to Eastern Canadian Breeders? I'm planning on taking 4, including Porshah :) E
Hey Donna: Porshah is doing awesome! Megan who bought her (you remember her from when Megan and her mom looked at Lexi at Alans) is totally in love with her.
Megan will be showing Po at Training and First Level this year, plus the sport horse classes. Quite an accomplishment for an 11 year old girl.
The fit was perfect, and I could not ask for anything better from Porshah!
Hope to see you at the shows this year ;) e
Hey Donna. We are doing well. We are very ready for spring, but other than that we have no complaints. How was Florida? I hope you had a great time down there!
I'm going to risk a pie in the face and say I love winter. It's 24 degrees today, the sky is clear, and I think it's going to really drop tonight. The only thing I need tonight is a comet, LOL, and it will be perfect!
I think sometimes that I get EVERYONE mad, LOL. I try to see both sides. I can get the 'pro's' AND the 'anti's' both mad at me, right with the same post, LOL!
But I am trying to see both sides, and think about both. I have a different way of lookin…
Kleng, an 18-year-old Norwegian Fjord horse who has carried hundreds of disabled riders on his strong back over the years at the NorthWest Therapeutic Riding Centre outside Bellingham, Washington, has been honoured for his work.
A $US10,000 reward is being offered by the Bureau of Land Management for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for killing six wild horses in northern Washoe County, Nevada, in early December.

How's that lovely spotted stallion? I see by the photos that his spotted son is growing into a lovely lad. Must come see him sometime.
