more details about the event please!!! It's a right bugger when you make such an avoidable mistake. A few years ago now, going around a 2* track I walked the course and thought I HAD THE CORRECT FENCE as the one over a bit from it didn't look big enough( I'm color blind so sometimes I get tricked a bit by the colors of the numbers) so I jump it perfectly. Giveing myself a pat on the back for a nice clear c/country round , I set of to get ready for the SJ , walked the course and everything. Then went and looked at the results and sore a big fat E at fence 18 !! Very crossly I thought to myself ,bloody jump judges not watching properly!! Off I go to find the secratary to set it strait. " Yes,yes" I say," OF course I jumped the trough. " " Yes, well ." says the secratary, " That would be the problem, you were supposed to jump the manger!" I reteated very red faced.

slc2 replied to Linda White's discussion 'Colic' in the group Over 50 crowd
Well, I feel that every colic is different. Ask your vet for suggestions as to why the colic occured (one doesn't always know), and don't worry too much about big pieces of carrot causing colic; it is unusual for that to even be a factor. I don't ...
