I saw this on a show once, but I don't know if it works. . . If you want to de-spook a horse, try to show them the object a lot! Maybe even try to show another horse the object, while letting your horse watch.

I had no idea so many of my favorite "warmbloods" were really TB's - per se. That was very interesting information to learn. :D

- I figure we are fortunate that they are willing to let us ride them. Most of us (me for sure) could be gotten rid of soooo easily. And then there is your guy, I can see him do what you describe, he is an athlete! Sooo obvious from your pics of him. I do at times watch my horses antics too or just how fast he can go and I think "Wow, and I ride that!"
