Mares on Cam at Mulligans Run Farm

Our cams are up and three of our stalls are filled. Our list of expectant girls and their suitors can be seen at http://www.mulligansrun.com/Expecting.php

We have in Shandy, Unforgettable and Sugar Baby

Unforgettable will be 300 days on 1/27/09 and 320 days on 2/18/09. Last she went 319 days and is a sneaky foaler - always during the day. This will be our first foal by her and Dream. We're excited to see what she will produce with him.

Shandy is in also. She will be 300 days on 1/29/09 and 32… Continue

New Foaling Season starting soon

We have 15 mares due this year. The first two, Unforgettable and Shandy, will be 300 days at the end of January. We will start watching them shortly after the New Year.

We have 10 cams up at our farm, but not all are on at the same time. We currently have cams 1-4 on in the main barn 24/7 just to keep an eye on things. Cams 5-9 will be on when needed and 10 & 11 are in the baby barn - used if the mares back us up and we run out of room. LOL Last year we had alot of mares that went over and… Continue

Mares Currently due to foal at Mulligans Run Farm

Mares Currently due to foal at Mulligans Run Farm We currently have four mares on cam #1. On the top left we have Piper. Piper is a fatty even when she's not pregnant. This makes her breathe harder when she's laying down...also giving false impressions of labor. We have tried to get weight off her....she has dropped some, but looks as big as can be carrying this foal. She is due 4/2 but has a full tight bag - the biggest in the barn. On the top Right we have Shanza Blue. Shanza is my favorite ma… Continue

I love your mini's!!! They are so cute!!! I kind of want to get a mini or a shetland, but the people that I talk to say they are "evil", if you know what I mean. Is that true at all?? And do you know much about Welsh's??

Hi Heather, saw your question about the stifle issue. You can post the question to MP Equine in the Vet Clinic channel, or you can put the question on their personal page. They will answer you for sure. If you post it on the Vet Clinic channel, just post it as a comment following one of the videos and they will get an email notification.
