I currently am using the Abetta Endurance saddle with the padded stirrups. It is very comfortable, fits my TB and my Morab/Appy mare, both who are very structurally different from each other! AND is washes down with the garden hose.

I've done a few races, but only short ones (max 25 miles) as my horse Blue is mostly quarter horse, so she's not built for it. She has fun, though...
I'm hoping to do some more races this year, but unfortunately I live in an area where there aren't very many CTRs. I'm in the BC interior and most CTRs in BC are on the island.

I'm a registered nurse (working to support my horse habit according to my husband, Mike). I am turning 50 this year and have just started Competative Trail Riding. I have 5 horses that I keep on our hobby farm in Moose Creek. I used to show my TB Dell in Training level dressage but have now entered to wonderful world of trailing!
