Feldenkrais doesn't take a long time,.In my program lessons can begin to help riders very quickly and by the nature of the work it gets at the root of movement and balance problems rather than treating symptoms. At times in one lesson my students realize vast improvements and in a 3 or 4 day clinic people not only ride better they have better awareness and a body of movement lessons they can continue to use to increase awareness, fluidity and balance. Yes, too bad we are so far away, I would like to have a conference for people working with riders. There are different approaches and it would be nice to learn from each other.
