Shirley, I have used fly predators for many years. They make a tremendous difference. I still use fly masks and occassional fly spray. It doesn't get rid of all the flies, but greatly reduces the population. You still have to keep the manure picked up and in a compost pile away from the horses. I clean manure twice a day. My husband has the most beautiful veggie and flowers gardens, lol.
