The Annual General Meeting for the Mounted Games Across Canada (MGAC) club will be held in the Ennotville Library on Sunday, November 15th, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
All current, past and non-members are welcome to attend. Please note that only current members have voting privileges. Membership forms will be available at the meeting, or download from our website at www.MGAC.ca.
This is a forum to consider our club's vision, that is, what do each of us want the club to be. All suggestions will be considered.
Elections will be held for all positions, including President, Secretary (includes Communications and OEF representation), Treasurer (includes Membership), Events Coordinator, and Props Manager.
Nominations for all positions should be received by the Nomination Committee Chair by October 31st, 2009 to enable confirmation of the proposed candidate's acceptance. Please include your name, your proposed candidate's name, and the position title.
This is your opportunity to ensure MGAC continues to offer:
1. member choice of activities and venues
2. complete transparency and accountability
3. low membership fees
4. low entry and clinic fees
5. insurance options through our OEF affiliation
6. a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone
7. discounts for out-of-country entry fees through our affiliation with Mounted Games Across America.

- May 31 at Grand River Raceway went very well for first event. As usual there are some glitches but all in all a great start for 2009!

Circle that Calendar!! Sunday May 31st. is our first mounted games event for the 2009 season. Not sure what games are about? Come on out and check us out! Our Get the kinks out pairs event will be at Grand River Raceway in Elora.
Riders of all disaplines are welcome to participate or just come and check out what Mounted Games has to offer. Starting time is 10am.
