I'm looking for a horse for sale around the Van Island area. Preferbly a warmblood, between the ages of 6 - 11 y/o. Has a show record. Must be under 17hh (my trailer wont fit a 17hh horse, so 16.3 max) but over 15hh. Must have jumped at least 3ft. For sale: black Icelandic gelding, 8 years old, with four strong gaits. Very fast, energetic flat walk, wonderful tolt, keeps up with nongatied horses cantering, good smooth canter and does a flying pace in the field, but I have not worked on it under saddle yet. Trail ride him, show him-can be registered but I did not as I only planned to trail ride him. Light mouth a responsive to aids. Take him swimming and camping, as I have.

I got a load of hay that had hoary alyssum and mustard in it and he foundered slightly this winter thanks to the hay. He is sound now and never foundered until the weeds entered his diet so is not likely to again. He is for sale at a real deal compared to most Icelandics $3,000 because of this and because I cannot ride him enough and he is far too good to waste. Perfect small horse for trail or show or for a grandparent who rides gaited horses to have for the grandchildren.

Similar to Tennessee Walkers, but often a little smaller and quieter, in my opinion. Eclipse is gelded, UTD on all worming and innoculations, kind and calm, knows his baby manners and is 16 months old. He is a bay, black and white pinto who may become entirely black and white like his sister and dam. He was imported form Tennessee in utero. His sister and dam are part of my breeding program. Registration pending.Is likely to finish about the size of his dam, 14:1. $800

I have this pic. But I can't find any jumping pics. It will only take a day or two just let me know I you want to see him jump. There are videos of tranisions and me courses bareback on him on my page.
