HI Brenda

I am thinking of learning to drive myself. There are a couple of clinics being offered by Ontario Driving Association sometime in the spring. I am going to attend to see if I like driving.

I have a new Andalusian, foal, born in September. See her early pics at my page. We will be riding most of the winter, just built an indoor arena. I have two PRE mares, Fiesta D, Festiva DW(Fiesta's daughter) and now another Fiesta daughter. We ride dressage with Ellin Daum. She was a student of Jean Claude Racinet, he died this year after an accident. I appreciate the Riding in Lightness of Racinet, have to work on my mares to get that lightness.
I'm planning to buy a driving harness next month, does anyone do dressage driving? I have a beautiful Morgan, I think is baroque too, he looks like an Andalusian to me. He was line driving and hope to drive him. Does anyone have experience in driving an older horse without prev training. Can I teach my old horses new tricks??

I have several Andalusian crosses. One is an Hispano-Arabe, one is half Andy and half arab x appy (my profile photo) and the others are Aztecas. I absolutely love Andalusians and their crosses! Someday I hope to own a purebred colt I can train and show, then use for breeding.

Mary-Jo, who has the Lipizzan mare?? You can email me if you'd like to keep it private. Just wondering if I have met this mare? Very tempting...

There is a Lipizzaner mare, 18 years old, that needs a forever good home. She rideable and an easy keeper. She was previous a broodmare.
Anyone interested please e-mail me. The mare is in London, Ontario.

Hi, I am the proud owner of a morgan-friesian mare, 9 years old. We are schooling second level, showing first level dressage. I am lucky to have Robert Mayer as my trainer here in north FL.

I have an purebred andalusian colt, Sonho, he is 5 months. reg PRE, has double dilute color gene, his sire Sueno Out of some of the finest Bocado (PRE) and Veiga (Lusitano) blood lines, Sueno has been Micro-chipped and DNA`d by the Cria Caballar. He is the first PURE SPANISH PORTUGUESE ANDALUSIAN with CDE papers to be imported from Spain....his first colt Sonho is already showing his amazing conformation and clearly has the potential to go far.

Also I have a Andalusian/Arabian cross.. Manny... Boy is he a looker.... he is a yearling...

Can't wait to see these boys fill out and start seeing the movement and beauty of their breed...

Here's a little info on the friesians...

Amanada, I was first exposed to dressage through Frank when I was 12 years old. I think my experience with his horses(aka andalusians, lipizanners etc.) has somehow subconsciously influenced my choice of mounts. I always remember how easy it was for them to do upper level movements and how smooth a ride it was regardless of their level of tension. collection just comes naturally for these guys.

Ruth, I am already a subcribed member to the Janesavoie website and have recommended for pthers to watch the video clips. Very good with lots of aha moments.
