Event Description

Cost: $95 ($175/ couple). This price includes dinner, dancing to live band, silent auction* and special awards, including Hall of Fame launch when we will officially induct club founders Chrisitlot Boylen, Cindy Ishoy and Lorraine Stubbs, as well as volunteer supreme, Toni Thompson and sport builder, Jack Leitch. This is your opportunity to help us recognize and celebrate the contribution of these incredible horse people to the sport of dressage during the past 40 years.

We will also recognize three amazing horses -- Bonheur (Christilot's very first Olympic mount at the Tokyo Olympics in 1964), Dynasty (Cindy's incredible Olympic medal-winning equine partner), and Firmus (Lorraine's Pan Am Gold winning horse.)

Come join us for the fun and celebration of this sport we love and some of the people and horses who have left an indelible mark upon it during 40 years of organized dressage in Canada.

Time: AGM -- 5:00 p.m. sharp; Cocktails -- 5:30 p.m.; Dinner, inductions and dancing -- 6:45 p.m. Approx. end time 11:30 p.m.

What's on the menu? Funny you should ask ...

A variety of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour
Assortment of rolls on each table
Mixed greens with an olive oil and balsamic dressing
Entree: combination -- 4oz Chateaubriand/boneless chicken breast served with two seasonal vegetables, red roasted potatoes with fresh herbs -- or -- a vegetarian offering (TBA)
Coffee, tea, espresso
Fruit table with chocolate fondue and sherbet, along with anniversary cake

This event is being preceded by the Annual General Meeting at 5 p.m. at the same location. All Toronto CADORA members are encouraged to attend.
